Composition

A two-component moisture-curing solvent-free wear-resistantepoxy coating composed of epoxy resin, curing agent, titaniumdioxide, colored pigment, physique pigment, wear-resistantaggregate and special additives.

Main properties

It can be painted under the condition with >75%RH.

Without solvent evaporation, it can be made into ultra-thick film wear-resistant epoxy surface.

Tough paint film has excellent physical properties such as adhesion,flexibility, wear resistance and impact resistance.

It has excellent alkali resistance.

It has good water resistance and salt water resistance.

It has excellent oil resistance and chemical resistance.

It has excellent durability and corrosion resistance.

The weather resistance is not so good. After long-term exposure, the surface will be slightly powdered and changed, but there is little effect on protection.

Purpose

It is suitable for painting in wet environment. lt is used forcooling water pipes, crude oil pipelines, inner walls ofhydropower station pressure pipes, wharf steel piles, bridgeswater gates and feeding ports of ores and coals, which needlong-term anti-corrosion and are eroded by media.

Gray or customer-specified color.

Volume solids：100%(measured according to GB/T9272 eqv 1s03233:1998)(after mixing)

Proportion：ComponentA:component B =4 :1 (weight ratio)

Dry film thickness：300 μm

Theoretical quantity required：395 g/m²

Flash point：Component A: 27°C , Component B:27°C

Drying time (20°C)：Surface drying ≤6 h , Hard drying≤24 h

Fully cured：7 d

Curing time (after mixing)(25°c)：30 min

Suitable period (after mixing)(20°c)：4 h

(When the temperature is above 30℃, the pot life of the mixed components A and Bwill be shortened with temperature rise)

Recommended number of applied coats

Airless spray for two coats, with DFT above 600-800μm.
